About the walls

VENTEX Dry spray booths are suitable for extracting dirt and paint dust generated during spray painting. Extraction and purification of contaminated air of these substances is carried out by using a two-stage filtration system. In the first stage, most of the contaminants are retained by a cardboard filter, then in the second stage, a non-woven filter fabric, known as a “filter cloth,” is used. “Paint – stop”, which absorbs finer contaminants. The advantages of such a wall are its size, high efficiency and ease of use. They will find application in workshops, small/medium paint shops and production lines. Compared to a spray booth, it is a much cheaper option, and provides a very high success rate – ~98%.
